Carmen Kolz, Artist

Artist’s Bio:

“I have been a dabbling artist since high school. Before moving to Albuquerque, I had a stained-glass studio in my basement. After moving to New Mexico, I joined an art program for veterans (I served in the Air Force for 22 years). It was a structured program, with the supplies and weekly project ideas provided. Last year, the program was discontinued. I’d learned that I deeply enjoyed making art with others, and I found OFFCenter. Here, I have found a new place to make friends, make art, and heal.”
