This Birthday is too sweet to just celebrate one way…
so we have lots of ways to support and celebrate OffCenter this year!
This very-OffCenter birthday party will be a time of fun, connection, and creativity. Celebrate the past 25 years and help build the next 25!
25th Birthday Celebration
at Harwood Art Center, 1114 7th St NW, ABQ
Two ways to celebrate:
Dinner & Full Celebration Access tickets: 5-8 pm, chef dinner, gallery happy hour, live music, art & community! $125 (Dinner tickets also include access to After Party.)
After Party tickets: 8-10 pm, interactive art, live music, dj, dancing! $25

8-10 pm on Saturday, September 12, featuring live music, dj, dancing, oracle card readings, and art activities.
Indoor and outdoor activities, in the Harwood courtyard and inside the Harwood Art Center.

Make a donation of $2,500 in honor of 25 years of OffCenter Arts serving the community!
Donations of $2,500 (or more) received before August 31 will receive 2 full-access tickets to the September 12 Celebration Dinner, including gallery happy hour and after party* + a very special thank you gift bag full of original artwork and creative prompts* + inclusion in the 2026 Turner Founders Circle, which recognizes OC donors who give $1,000 or more annually + recognition in our annual report and on the OffCenter Arts website.
Full Access dinner ticket subject to ticket availability. If the dinner sells out before August 31, this page will be updated and this donation ticket option removed.
*The value of these benefits is not tax-deductible as part of your gift. Their fair market value reduces your tax-deductibility by $250. What impact does $2,500 have at OffCenter Arts?
$2,500 covers staff pay & building overhead for 30 Open Studio hours!
$2,500 pays our gas and electricity bill for 6 months!
$2,500 pays for 100 hours of teaching artists providing classes and workshops at OffCenter!
On September 12, 2001, the doors opened to one of the most unique and welcoming creative spaces in the country: OffCenter Community Arts Project!
25 years later, OffCenter Arts has served thousands of people, providing life-changing access to art making, self-expression, and social connection. For free. For everyone.
OffCenter Arts is a free community art studio in downtown Albuquerque. Everyone is welcome to come create, connect & learn. We serve artists of all ages, all abilities, and at every stage of a creative life. Our Mission is to enhance the lives of all people in our community by providing a safe and supportive environment for art-making and social interaction.
Creative expression and social connection are crucial for both individual and community well-being. At OffCenter, art making facilitates connection across a wide range of common social barriers including housing and economic status, race, gender, and age.
Every year we connect hundreds of underserved artists with art supplies, space for creativity, classes, and the opportunity to express themselves and connect with others.
OffCenter Arts is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving New Mexico since 2001. Our work is supported through donations, grant funding, and program income. Notes on the Givebutter platformWe’re using Givebutter for our 25th Birthday Celebration fundraising campaign & ticket sales. This is a free for us platform that let’s us sell tickets, collect donations, and run an auction.
Please note that there are two additional optional costs when paying for tickets or donating through Give Butter: processing fees and a "tip" to Give Butter.
Processing fees: This is a standard fee almost most platforms charge for processing donations and payments. You can cover the processing fee, or OffCenter does. (OffCenter covers the fee on most of the giving and payment platforms that we currently use. We’re happy to cover it, but if you want to tack it on to your payment, that's even better and means we get your full donation or ticket payment.
The tip: this directly benefits Givebutter only and not OffCenter. We use the free version of Givebutter; they rely on tips from donors to run. However, it doesn't cost us any more or less if you do or don't tip. You are welcome to skip the tip or set it at a very low amount. To do that you have to click the suggested tip percentage and select Other. Then set it to $0, or whatever amount you want.
